Authorship and contribution

Named authors are responsible for the intellectual content of the work and for approving the published version. Contributor roles may be documented in publication metadata when applicable.

Originality and attribution

Sources must be cited and quotations identified. Copyrighted material is used only with permission, under license, or within applicable legal exceptions.

Conflicts of interest

Material financial or professional conflicts relevant to a publication are disclosed on the publication record or within the work.

Clinical and regulatory integrity

Medical and regulatory content is presented for education and reference. It does not authorize practice outside an individual’s training, scope, medical direction, governing law, or operational policy.
